First Series Woodsman Slides

SHIPPING CHARGES and CHECK OUT

I charge a flat $4.95 per order for shipping, anywhere in the 50 United States, regardless of the number of items or the total weight of the items ordered. That amount, and up, is the amount the US Postal Service charges me for priority mail with tracking. If the shipping for your order is more than that I will either use an alternate shipping method or absorb the cost difference. Sorry, due to complex world wide restrictions I do not ship gun parts outside the US.

When you are finished shopping you can click on the "View Cart" button and review your order. When ready you can click on "Proceed to Checkout" and the $4.95 will be added to your total. You will not be charged until you complete the order, verify your information, and click on the "Pay Now" button.

Some items are subject to prior sale. If any item you order is no longer available, all charges for that item will be reversed.

The following slides are all for First Series (Pre-WWII) Colt Woodsmans. If you are not sure which series your Woodsman belongs to, use the following information to determine:

If the serial number contains only numerals, with no alphabetical characters, it is a first series.
If the only alphabetical characters in the serial number are MT, it is a first series.

	SL18 – First series Match Target slide, original blue and excellent condition. It looks to be new old stock, probably never mounted on a pistol. No wear, light handling marks only. NOT SERIAL NUMBERED. SOLD PRICE: $300 Click on the image for a larger photo.

	SL28 – This First Series Woodsman slide is from about 1935. Correct type for either Sport or Target Model of that era. Complete with rear sight, extractor (complete), firing pin with spring, and firing pin screw. Original blue. Small ding right rear corner. PRICE: $150 Click on the image for a larger photo.

	SL34 – This is a very early First Series complete slide assembly, serial numbered 1573. Early features include the rampant colt aft of the slide serrations and the very hard to find early rear sight. The face of the slide is relieved to accommodate a chamber device on the barrel, which was phased out in the first year of production. PRICE: $125 SOLD Click on the image for a larger photo.
